Ryan has over 20 years of experience working across the full asset lifecycle primarily in the energy sector, through management, technical and consulting roles and currently provides technical management consulting services to asset-intensive organisations, where he is an established leader.

With an electrical engineering background, he has been responsible for engineering and asset management across large portfolios of assets, and the engineering of large infrastructure projects. Specialising in energy asset projects and integrating engineering, asset management, and process safety to drive sustainable value, he focuses on optimising cost, risk, and performance and leveraging data to transform operations. Ryan has led process safety initiatives across Australia’s largest energy portfolios, including spearheading organisation-wide business improvement programs for asset management and process safety.
