Ryan has 20 years of experience working across the full asset lifecycle primarily in the energy sector, through management, technical and consulting roles. Ryan currently provides technical management consulting services to asset-intensive businesses.With an electrical engineering background, he has been responsible for engineering and asset management across a 6000MW portfolio, and the engineering of over $500M in electrical infrastructure.With over two decades in engineering, asset management, and process safety, Ryan is a leader in optimising performance and enhancing value for asset-intensive organisations. Specialising in integrating engineering, asset management, and process safety to drive sustainable value, he focuses on optimising cost, risk, and performance. Ryan has led process safety initiatives across Australia’s largest power generation fleet, including spearheading an organisation-wide business improvement program for process safety.
